ACER E-HEAD

The ACER E-Head is one of the best investments in upgrading your existing mill. 

Is your milling machine's slides in good shape, but the spindle is noisy and sloppy? We get customers who have this same problem. There's an affordable solution that doesn't require a whole new machine!

​Acer E-Head: A Trouble Free Milling Head

Our customers love ACER's new technology, that gets rid of belts, plastic insert, key, moving pulley, and bushings that go bad with Reeves Drives. 

Getting rid of this old technology improves your mill's ability to crank out those parts without interruption. 

The E-Head has 3HP "Baldor" High-Efficient Motor that provides for a High Torque Output. 

The E-Head comes with C.N.C. Vector Type A C Frequency Drive. 

The milling head comes with an infinite 0-4500 RPM Constant Spindle Speed, Change in NO TIME: 0-4 Seconds!

We like that this head can run on Single or Three Phase. 

And the milling head is low maintenance and down time because ACER got rid of the plastic insert, key and moving pulley.

  The E-Head boasts of no R.P.M. changer break down but offers an accurate reading on the R.P.M  to prolong your tool's life.

It has an Electronic & Mechanical Brake for a High Torque Output.  Boring and Tapping Application.

Finally ACER designed and built this E-Head to save energy. They boast that you can save up to 35% in energy costs.
